Add-ons & licence key
Buy add-ons from your dashboard and register the key that keeps them updated.
JobCore is free and complete — nothing in it is locked. The paid add-ons add ways to earn from your board and new looks. Everything about them lives under Jobs → Add-ons (also in the sidebar under System → Add-ons).
Buying an add-on#
- Open Jobs → Add-ons. Each add-on shows whether it is active.
- Click Get it (or Get all add-ons — Jobs stack). Our shop opens with the add-on in the cart.
- After payment, the order page has an Activate on your site button. It brings you back to Jobs → Add-ons with your key already filled in — click Register.
- Download the add-on from your shop account under Downloads and install it under Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin.
Registering your key#
The key is in the order e-mail and in your shop account under Licences. Paste it under Jobs → Add-ons → Licence key and click Register. The screen then shows Registered, the licence, Updates until and the site address, and add-on updates appear in Dashboard → Updates.
One key for all add-ons#
A Jobs stack key covers every paid add-on. A key for a single add-on covers that add-on. A News. licence does not cover the Jobs add-ons. An Full access key covers both: if it is registered under News. → Licence, JobCore picks it up.
Moving to another domain#
Click Deactivate on this site before you move, then register the key again on the new address.
When updates end#
The add-ons keep working. Only automatic updates and support stop until you renew in your shop account.
Privacy#
JobCore sends nothing until you register a key. Registering sends only the key, your site address and an anonymous site ID. Installed add-ons then check once a week for their updates with that key. No visitor data is ever sent.
