These terms apply to everything you buy on this site from BlueAgency ("we"). By placing an order you accept them.

1. What you buy
Our themes and plugins are released under the GNU General Public License (GPL-2.0-or-later). When you buy a product or bundle, you buy a yearly licence: a licence key that gives you, for one year from the purchase,
- updates — new versions in your WordPress dashboard and in your account,
- demo content for themes that include it,
- support for questions about using the product and for bugs.
Images, fonts or other assets that come from third parties keep their own licences; the product documentation lists them.
2. Sites
Each licence can be active on the number of live sites shown on the product or bundle (one live site). Local and staging copies are free. You may move a key to another site by deactivating it on the old one. You may not publish or share your key; we may revoke keys that are shared publicly or bought fraudulently. Revoking a key stops updates, demo content and support — it does not remove the products from your sites.
3. Duration, renewal and what happens if you don’t renew
- A licence runs for 12 months from the purchase.
- It does not renew automatically. We remind you by e-mail 30 and 7 days before it ends; you can renew from your account at the renewal price shown there. A renewal adds 12 months to the current end date.
- If you do not renew, the products keep working on your sites. You no longer receive updates, new demo content or support until you renew.
4. Upgrades
You can upgrade a licence to a bigger plan from your account. You pay the difference between the price of the new plan and what you paid for the licence. Your key and end date stay the same.
5. Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are shown per year, in the currency shown at checkout. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is calculated at checkout from your billing country. Businesses with a valid VAT number can give it at checkout where this is offered, or write to us; the reverse-charge rules then apply where the law allows. Payment is due when you order and is handled by the payment provider you choose.
6. Delivery
Your licence key is delivered right after payment: on the order confirmation page, by e-mail and in your account, where you also download the products.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content delivered immediately, this right ends once delivery has started, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged this at checkout.
Independently of that, we offer a refund within 14 days of the purchase if a product does not work as described and we cannot fix the problem. Write to us with your order number. A refund deactivates the licence key of that order; a refunded upgrade puts the licence back to its previous plan.
8. Support
Support covers questions about using the product as documented and fixing bugs in it. Custom development, changes to third-party plugins and help with hosting are not included; you can book them as priority support hours.
9. Liability
We build our products with care, but we cannot guarantee they work with every server, theme or plugin. Keep backups of your site. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, except where the law does not allow such a limit (for example for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health). Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future purchases; the version you accepted applies to your order. The law of BA applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
