How paid job postings work
- You create job packages in WooCommerce — for example a Basic ad for 30 days, a Premium ad that is highlighted, and Premium Plus with the longest run.
- An employer posts a job from the front end and picks a package at the last step.
- They pay through your normal WooCommerce checkout — every payment gateway you already use works.
- The ad goes live as soon as the order is paid, and stops showing when its end date passes.
Prepaid bundles for regular employers
Agencies and big employers rarely want to pay per ad. Sell a bundle — say five Premium ads — and the credits sit in their account until they post. You set the number of ads, the duration and the price of each package.
More ways to earn
Add Promoted Ads to sell photo cards above the employer list, and Field Editor to ask for the details premium employers expect, like salary ranges. With Resumes you can also charge employers for access to the candidate search, and Ad Manager sells banner space to advertisers. Together with Looks they make up the Jobs stack.
