News. Core adds front-end accounts: a Login page (sign in, create account with e-mail confirmation, password reset, social login with Nextend Social Login) and a My account page (profile and photo, saved articles, reading history, comments, newsletters, security, Premium). Readers never see wp-admin. Configure it in News. → Account.

Free accounts are on by default (News. → Account → Allow visitors to create accounts). Switch it off to give accounts only to Premium buyers — the WooCommerce checkout creates them; the sign-in page and the bookmark button then point readers to the Premium page. New accounts confirm their e-mail address first.
Comments are for signed-in readers by default (News. → Account → Only signed-in readers can comment). Switch it off to let the WordPress setting decide (Settings → Discussion).
