Import / export settings

News. → Import / Export saves all changed theme settings, the category colors and the panel options into one .json file — as a backup, or to copy a setup to another News. site. Ad codes and API keys are left out unless you tick Include ad codes and API keys (keep such a file private).

Importing loads only known settings, each checked like when you save it by hand. Tick Reset settings that are not in the file for an exact copy. Pictures (logos, share image) keep the address of the site they came from — upload them again if that site goes offline.
