Menus
Where each menu appears — main navigation, section bar, footer and the mobile drawer.
Appearance → Menus → Manage Locations:
| Location | Used for |
|---|---|
| Main navigation (mega menu) | The section bar. Category items open a mega menu with the latest stories of the section and its sub-sections; hover colors follow the category color. |
| Main navigation — right utility links | Small links on the right (e.g. Subscription → your Premium page, Advertising). |
| Mobile drawer — sections / extras / services / info | The four groups of the mobile menu. Child items become expandable sub-menus. |
| Trending topics row | The row of #topics under the header (tags work best). Without a menu the most-used tags are shown. |
| Footer — sections / company / legal links | The footer columns and the legal line. |
