Activate your key
Paste the key in your WordPress dashboard to switch on updates and demo import.
- Find your key in the order e-mail or in your account under Account → Licences. Click the eye icon to show it and the copy icon to copy it.
- In WordPress, open News. → Licence (News. theme) or Jobs → Add-ons (JobCore).
- Paste the key and save. The site now shows up under Sites using this key in your account.
Moving to a new domain#
Deactivate the key on the old site first — in its dashboard, or in your account with the unplug icon next to the site. That frees the slot for the new domain.
What the check sends#
Activation and update checks send only what is needed: the key, the site address and version numbers. No content, user data or statistics leave your site, and the licence server does not store your WordPress or PHP version.
