I can’t find my key#
Sign in and open Account → Licences. If you bought as a guest, create an account with the e-mail address you used at checkout.
“This key is already active on another site”#
The key has used all its live sites. Deactivate an old site in your account, or upgrade to a plan with more sites.
Does my staging site count?#
No. Local and staging addresses are free — see Live sites, staging and local.

Contact support and include the last four characters of your key and the address of the site.
