One plugin, every email
The emails your site already sends, and the ones you want to send, in one place with one design.
WordPress, WooCommerce and every Xolius plugin and theme tell Xolius Mail about the emails they send. Pick one and change it in a visual editor with text, buttons, images and columns, with merge tags like {{name}}.
Your logo, colours, fonts and footer, set once. Order confirmations, password resets and newsletters all look like they come from the same company.
Lists, a form for any page, double opt-in and a stored proof of when and how each person said yes. People imported from sign-ups or customers wait until they confirm.
Write with the same editor, choose lists, send now or schedule. It sends in small batches in the background, with a personal unsubscribe link and a report of opens and clicks.
Use your own mail setup, or send through Amazon SES, Brevo, Mailgun or Postmark. Bounces and spam complaints take people off your lists on their own.
Core Workspaces and the Xolius Job Board put their emails in the editor, and the Jellix newsletter box feeds your audience. Your other plugins’ plain emails can take your design too.

A calm admin with a menu of its own, built like the tools people already know.
Every email starts with its original text, so you only change what you want. Drag blocks, add a button or an image, insert a merge tag, press “Send test” and see a live preview on desktop and phone. “Back to original” undoes it all.
Bring people in from your theme’s newsletter box, your sign-ups, WooCommerce and your users, or import a CSV. Each person has a status and a recorded proof. Those who never asked wait as “Needs permission” until they confirm.
Pick the lists, press send or choose a time. The queue works in the background in small batches. Every message has its own unsubscribe link, and the report shows how many were sent, opened and clicked. Tracking can be switched off.
Subscribers live in your own database, not in someone else’s cloud. Keys for sending services are kept on your server and never shown again. Delete everything with one switch when you delete the plugin, or keep it for the next install.
